The minister responded to deputy Victor Dallakyan’s question, telling that the amnesty would not cover deputy Sasun Mikayelyan, accused in the framework of the case of 7. His accusation – for wearing illegal weapon – is not stipulated in the amnesty draft. According to Danielyan, the amnesty will cover Gagik Jhangiryan, Smbat Ayvazyan, Hakob Hakobyan, and Myasnik Malkhasyan.
Also, it has turned out that the amnesty will cover Nikol Pashinyan and Khachatur Sukiasyan if they appear in front of the law enforcement bodies by July 31.
Zaruhi Postanjyan is concerned about the fact that not all the prisoners of March 1 case will be set free. She says that the necessity to proclaim amnesty has appeared in relation to March 1 incidents.
